How to Customise Blog Layout and Theme?
Customise Blog Layout and Theme

Let us first know about the buttons on the left one by one:

1. Posts: This is the window which contains all the published and drafted articles that you have either published or saved for publishing in the future. Also here you can sort the posts on the basis of labels (I will come to this later on).

9. Settings: This contains several options to change your blog's behaviour, but this I will save for another article else this article's subject will be long lost.

So moving on to the Layout Option.

Layout

Here, to change the placements of gadgets or edit the Header, Footer or Favicon, one can get all of these under a roof.
Talking about the Favicon, this will be icon of your blog when someone visits its live window. The size of the image to be uploaded is less than 100KB.
Under the Header Option you can choose to show your Header Text and Description or a Custom Header Image along with it or instead of it.
Other than that all other gadgets are changed as per need of the blog.
If you change any position of gadgets, make sure to Save Arrangement before leaving the page. Else all those changes will be lost.

Theme

When you open this menu, you'll see Customize and Edit HTML option. For absolute beginners I suggest to go for Customize option. You'll be redirected to theme editing window. Here, you can carry out bunch of actions to modify entire blog's look. I'll put up a video tutorial related to this ASAP.
