So here the step by step process that you need to undertake in order to activate Google Pay/Tez on your device.

1. Download and Install latest version of Google Pay from Playstore.
2. Download latest version of Magisk Zip file.
3. Reboot to Recovery and flash Magisk.

4. After rebooting, open Magisk app and head over to Magisk Hide and type in search box, "pay" .
5. Upon Google Pay appearing click on it to enable the check mark.

Click Magisk Hide -> Hide Google Pay

6. Now go in phone settings and then get into the Apps listing.
7. Turn on Show System Apps and Search Google PlayServices.
8. Select that and move into the App Permissions.

9. Turn off Telephone permission.
